During the maintenance on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, we announced the results of Premium Ranking that was not displayed due to an issue and distributed the ranking rewards, but for some users the rewards were not distributed correctly.
We have conducted an investigation and response to this issue.
This problem occured with the users who did not have the NFT which they used for the race, when the ranking rewards were distributed, but the correct ranking rewards were issued to the affected users today.
