Restoration work for the NFT sheets that cannot be used due to a malfunction
*[NFT Sheet] NFTs dissapear or locked by certain operations after running in a ranking race/ NFTs being locked and not being able to enter a race.
We will be able to restore NFT sheets that cannot be used.
