“Ranking not showing”
“NFT Sheet disappears and cannot be used / NFT Sheet is locked and cannot be used”
“If an error occurs while using coating, DEP/coating ticket/RP is consumed without entering the race.”
We have been fixing the problems, but in light of the current situation where we are unable to provide a service that satisfies our users, we have decided to cancel some regular and premium ranking races that include DEP as a ranking reward in order to improve the functions related to the ranking races.
We sincerely apologize to all of you who have been looking forward to the event, but we kindly ask for your understanding.
In addition, due to the cancellation of some regular ranking and premium ranking races, we plan to grant DEP as an apology for each “currently owned NFT sheet”.
The NFT sheets that are eligible will be those in your possession as of Wednesday, November 9, 2022, 19:00 (UTC+8).
* Please note that if you purchase NFT sheet after [Wednesday, November 9, 2022 19:00 (UTC+8)], you will not be eligible for this compensation.
Regarding the future schedule of [Regular Ranking/Premium Ranking Race, which includes DEP as a ranking reward], we will make another announcement as soon as available.
The operation/development team will work hard to provide a service that users can enjoy with peace of mind.
