■ [Sheet/Character] Unable to participate in races and unable to remove color films
– We have confirmed an issue where you cannot participate in races or remove color films for the affected characters.
– Some character images are also becoming hidden.
– We have identified this issue occurring for some of our customers, and for the characters affected as of the [6/28 Maintenance], we have provided support to “remove color films.”
– Customers who have received the “remove color films” support will have the RC (Resource Currency) used for enhancement fully refunded to their present box.
– There is a possibility of this issue occurring in the future as well. Our operations team will continue to investigate. If you have experienced this issue, please contact support for assistance.

■ [Color Film Purchase] Paging not working correctly in the sheet type selection screen
– We have confirmed that the forward/backward buttons [ ◀ ▶ ] at the bottom of the screen during color film purchase are not working correctly.
– We are currently investigating the issue. We kindly ask for your patience until the issue is resolved.
– ※ By pressing the page number part in the middle of the forward/backward buttons [ ◀ ▶ ] , it is possible to directly specify the page number and switch pages.
– ※ We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could use the page number specification until the issue is resolved.
– Fixed so that paging works correctly.
■ Color films that should not be restorable are displayed as restoration targets
– We have confirmed an issue where color films with no visible content on the coloring screen are displayed for NFT sheets acquired through user-to-user transactions before December 7th.
– If you restore such a color film with no visible content and turn it into a character, you will not be able to participate in races with that character, and you will not be able to undo the character conversion.
– We apologize for the inconvenience, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in not restoring any films that appear blank or have no content.

■ Error when breeding with a newly acquired NFT sheet
– This error is caused by the rewriting of NFT information.
– You can use the feature after waiting for a certain period of time. We kindly ask customers who have experienced this issue to wait and try again later.
– We are working on improvements such as dialog display. We kindly ask for your patience until the issue is resolved.
– Changed the error dialog to a dedicated dialog.

■ Detail dialog not displayed when pressing some used color films

– Fixed so that the detail dialog is displayed.
