– We have confirmed that if you close the payment tab opened during the payment process without completing the payment, you may not be able to log in to the game for up to 1 hour.
– We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you find yourself in a situation where you cannot log in, please wait for about 1 hour before trying to log in again.
– We are currently investigating the issue. We kindly ask for your patience until the issue is resolved.
