■ [ Premium CUP -G3- “Feb” #2 ] We have confirmed an issue where DEP rewards are not granted to some customers.
– We have confirmed that part of the prize money for the Premium Ranking Race that was held from February 24 (Fri) 0:00 to February 26 (Sun) 23:59 (JST) has not been awarded. We are currently investigating this phenomenon.
→ It has been fixed during the emergency maintenance [Thursday, March 2, 2023 JST].
– For customers who have not been awarded the prize money for the ranking race, we will give the prize money again after the investigation is completed, so please wait for a while.
→ We will inform you about the distribution of DEP rewards at a later date.

■ [ Substitute run ] We have confirmed an issue where [ Substitute run ] cannot be contracted properly/contracted cannot be terminated normally.
