→ It will be resolved during the maintenance on Friday, November 25, 2022 at 11:00.
→The confirmed bug has been resolved.
■[Certain device] The game cannot be started properly on certain devices.[UPD Nov 15th, 2022 (Tue) 19:00 (JST)]
→We have confirmed this issue on the following devices and are investigating and correcting the issue.
-[HUAWEI devices] The game cannot be started from the title screen.
→[HUAWEI devices] The confirmed bug has been resolved.
-[iPhone devices] Unable to clear the tutorial.
*We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you are using an iPhone device, please use a different device to clear the tutorial for the moment.

■[Substitute Run] Restriction of its functions
Due to some unintended behavior of the [Substitute Run] function, this function is currently restricted.

■[Race Entry] DEP/coating ticket/RP was consumed without entering the race when an error occurs while applying coating.
→This problem has been corrected at the maintenance on November 8, 2022, however, we cannot eliminate the possiblity of the error occurring at the race entry.
→Since an error was occurring due to the rewriting of NFT information, we have changed the content of the displayed dialog. *For details, please refer to the following. [UPD Nov 15th, 2022 (Tue) 19:00 (JST)]
*[Important] About the error when entering the race with the NFT acquired from the seat transaction*

→We will refund the amount of DEAPcoin that was consumed due to this issue.

→We will return the coating tickets for the amount of race points/coating tickets consumed due to this issue.

■[Ranking Screen] The rankings of [Premium CUP -G3-] (this event has already ended)is not displayed correctly.
→We have confirmed this issue with the ranking of “Premium CUP -G3-” held from Thursday, November 3, 2022 23:00 ~ Sunday, November 6, 2022 22:59 (JST). We are still investigating the issue. As soon as the issue is resolved, we will release the correct ranking results and reward the winners.

“Premium CUP -G3-“About ranking results
■[NFT Sheet] NFTs dissapear or locked by certain operations after running in a ranking race/ NFTs being locked and not being able to enter a race.
→This issue has been fixed in the maintenance on November 4, 2022 and the same issue should not occur. However, we are currently investigating/addressing the issue for NFT sheets that had this problem before the maintenance.

■[Film Trade] Wrong films are displayed in the list after selecting a film type.
